Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get access to the live database for a limited trial period without payment details. At the end of the trial you choose a plan to keep working — nothing is charged automatically.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is applied to the current billing period. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. When you cancel, access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Do prices depend on the market?
Base plans cover the listed markets. Custom markets, extra sources and unusually large coverage are priced individually on the Enterprise plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy — in short, we refund charges made in error and review other cases individually.
Are these final prices?
This is launch pricing. Final public prices will be confirmed before the commercial release, and existing subscribers keep their conditions.
