1. Free trial first

Every plan starts with a free trial so you can evaluate the database, coverage and workflow before paying. We encourage you to test the product on your market during the trial.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly payments cover the upcoming billing period. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period; partial-month refunds are not provided by default, but we review edge cases individually.

3. Billing errors

Charges made in error — duplicate payments or charges after a confirmed cancellation — are refunded in full once verified.

4. Custom and Enterprise agreements

Custom markets, custom sources and Enterprise contracts follow the refund terms defined in the individual agreement.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@immobilia.pro or use the contact page with your account email and payment details. We respond to refund requests within one business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
