1. The service
Immobilia provides access to a live property database aggregated from publicly available sources, with search, saved filters, alerts, price tracking, team workflows and API access depending on your plan.
2. Accounts and access
Access is provided per user or per workspace according to the selected plan. Account credentials are personal and may not be shared outside the licensed team.
3. Fair use and export limits
The database is licensed for your team's internal workflow. Bulk re-publication, resale of the database or automated mass extraction beyond plan limits is not permitted. Export and API quotas are defined by your plan.
4. Data accuracy
Listing data is aggregated from third-party public sources and provided as is. We work to keep the database fresh and deduplicated, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of any individual listing. Always verify details before transacting.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.
6. Liability
Immobilia is a data tool and is not a party to any real estate transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding billing period.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced to account holders in advance.
